How long does my order take to ship?

All orders are typically processed in 3-5 business days. We ship through Canada Post using expedited shipping.

Once processed, expedited shipping times within Canada are approximately 2-7 business days. If there is a delay in your order please refer to the Canada Post tracking number received with your order confirmation email. We cannot be responsible for carrier delays.

Shipping costs are calculated through Squarespace and are based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

We ship to PO Boxes.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes we ship internationally using Canada Post, and the estimated shipping times are up to 7 business days to the U.S. and 12+ business days internationally.

We do not offer estimates on any duty, taxes, VAT or clearance charges that may be applicable outside of Canada as these are specific to each destination country. The buyer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import requirements of the destination country.
